top floor hotel restaurant à la carte list
the location was super. it had a magnificent view from the TOP floor. the room was clean, and i ate breakfast once at the hotel restaurant from the à la carte list. it was very good.
the air conditioning had an obtrusive room scent throughout the building

a satisfactory stay
convenient location efficient check-in clean rooms faulty bathroom door inconsistent sensor missing water
the location was convenient for exploring chelsea. check-in was efficient and without issue. the rooms were clean upon arrival.
the bathroom door did not fully close. motion sensors controlled the lights and were inconsistent. there was no complimentary water provided as indicated.

convenient location overall cleanliness friendly staff small room size missing amenities unfulfilled request
The hotel's location proved convenient, with access to various attractions. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel overall was satisfactory. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating .
The room size felt quite small, limiting space for luggage and movement. Lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the room was inconvenient for morning beverages. I was disappointed that my request for a room with a view was not accommodated upon arrival.

great accommodation experience
friendly staff stylish room delicious food
the staff was really friendly and helpful. i loved the stylish room. i found food in the restaurant delicious. the neighborhood was excellent, a great location to discover new things.
the room was quite small. there was no wardrobe in room, so storing luggage was difficult. the walls did not block noise that well. i found the price for breakfast expensive.

the hotel featured a lounge downstairs. it also had a sitting area on the second floor. the staff maintained christmas decorations in excellent condition. free meditation classes were available.

the staff was very attentive to needs. they were always smiling and very helpful. the front desk and concierge were also amazing. night bar staff helped a lot.

the restaurant provides a $10 daily credit. chicken piccata and autumn oatmeal tasted delicious. the chai sour drink was very tasty. there was an excellent food service in room.
